[HA] How much longer is this gonna take?

[M9] Patience, Ruin.

[HA] Patience is not my virtue.

[M9] You have never been confused for a virtuous person.

[HA] (indistinct grumbling)

[AK] Why don't you go out and clear out any remaining bugs around here?

[HA] There's no Fallen left up here. Any that didn't scurry off to Mithrax or get killed already have abandoned it.

[AK] Then stop complaining.

[HA] Just saying, if Vergift's so gifted an engineer, why's this taking so long?

[M9] My expertise was in developing weapons, Ruin, not in bespoke Exo construction. So this is going to necessarily take longer. Not least because the Warmind made quite a few alterations to the standard Exo designs for this.

[AK] Not to mention she's doing this all makeshift, outside of the main production line of the Crypt.

[HA] So why not use it? Not like the big head can stop us. And the Vanguard doesn't operate on Europa.

[AK] Vanguard doesn't officially operate here. But there are enough Guardians running around Rathmore to bring unwanted attention. Too many of them start dropping dead around here, then the odds of someone turning up who's too tough to deal with go up. I'm not taking that gamble.

[HA] (chuckles) Let them come.

[AK] You don't get to make that call. We barely got that materiel out of Calcutta. Do I have to remind you that Malphur is tracking us?

[M9] And the Man with the Golden Gun has killed too many Shadows as it is.

[HA] (grunts) Fine. But this big damn Exo better be worth it.

[AK] Once I'm finished, we'll have an extra body on hand, and step two begins, which is constructing the weapon.

[M9] That could potentially take some time. We'll need some exotic materials for it, and so much of what we have is tied up in completing the current project.

[AK] I know where we can get our hands on some. But Ohr isn't an idiot. She'll have worked it out, too.

[HA] Trouble follows. I'll deal with it.

[sound of machinery starting up]

[AK] Vergift?

[M9] There's... already an intellect in the Exo.

[AK] What?!

[HA] That shouldn't be possible.

[M9] Correct.

[sound of weaponry cocking]

[U] Sistemy aktivirovany. [Russian: Systems activated.]

[AK] Who are you?

[pause]

[U] YA noshu staroye imya. Yego nel'zya ubit'. [Russian: I bear an old name. It cannot be killed.]

[sound of Thorn cocking]

[AK] Who are you?

[U] YA velichestvennyy. [Russian: I am majestic.]

[pause]

[U] Velichestvennyy. [Russian: Majestic.]
