Preface: A follow-up/part two of this piece. When I was originally writing that one, I had intended to include the duel that followed between Marten and Bellerex, but as I was writing it at work between tickets, and wanted to post a response before the post on Reddit got too old. (I tend to go for as fresh a prompt as I can, for maximum eyes on a response.) The OP praised what I posted and expressed their desire to see the fight itself. And since I did somewhat feel like it was unfinished, I decided to oblige.

Sureshot: A New Angle

You are a Villian who's a single parent of a son. Recently they started dating someone. When you arrived to their house, you notice how their parent is the hero you fight daily. Your son and date went outside for some alone time, leaving you and the hero some time to talk.

Concept: John Wick Anthologies

Anyone that knows me knows I love the John Wick movies and the universe they've built up over the course of four movies, a television series, and other expanded universe material. The first movie was masterful with its "show, don't tell" world-building, which just kept getting deeper and more complex with each successive movie. And they were great fun action flicks on top of it.

The universe keeps expanding, with Chapter 5 announced, a side-story movie (Ballerina) due out in 2025, a television series (Under the High Table) and anime series in development, all of which makes me excited for their eventual releases. However, I'm of the belief that Chad Stahelski could take it a step further with two other concepts, by using the anthology concept.
